仕訳のロールバックを仕訳の作成対して異なるNLS言語で実行するとGL_INTERFACEが削除されない (Doc ID 2428766.1)

現象

仕訳のロールバックを仕訳の作成対して異なるNLS言語で実行するとGL_INTERFACEが削除されない事象が発生します。
例：

1. 仕訳の作成を日本語で実行します。
   パラメータ:
     仕訳インポートの実行 : No
   
   
2. 仕訳のロールバックを英語で実行します。
   資産データはロールバックされますが、GL_INTERFACEは削除されません。
    
   NOTE:
     このようなGL_INTERFACEは、以下のエラーが発生し、仕訳インポートでGLへインポートできません、このようなGL_INTERFACEは、FAのデータに関して関連を持っていないためエラーが発生します。
