Serial Not Showing In List Of Values While Doing Material Debrief (Doc ID 2428944.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Debrief / Field Service Report

When trying to select a particular serial number on Debrief Material Line ,See the following error


ERROR

FRM-40212 :Invalid value for the field ITEM_SERIAL_NUMBER


ISSUE SCOPE
-----------------
Issue is specific to single serial number .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2.Go to Field Service Responsibility
3.Navigate to Service Request
4. Go to Task Tab, Debrief button
5. Go to Material debriefing, enter item  and serial number

Observe the above error
