The PAXACCPB: PRC: Create Accounting process has the following error in the Exception Report:

Event Class: Revenue Adjustment
Event Number: 1
Application Accounting Definition: Projects Standard Accounting

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Run PRC: Create Accounting request
