After applying several patches the AR forms cannot be opened

ORA-20001: SQL_PLSQL_ERROR APP-FND-02938: Multi-organization routine failed to initialize a session for the product: &PRODUCT.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions

Several patches were applied to instance.
