Symptoms

Applied GST patches on fresh instance by following the Doc ID 2268465.1 for R12.2.5, and facing issue when open forms from the "OFI Responsibility".

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Applied GST patches on fresh Vanilla instance by following the Doc ID 2268465.1 for R12.2.5
2. Attempt to open the forms via application

See the following error:
FRM-40010: Cannot read form /UATAPPS/apps/fs2/EBSapps/appl/ja/12.0.0/forms/US/JAINRGIMN.fmx 

 
 

Changes
