Inactivating A Credit Card Is Changing The Expiration Date To The Current Month (Doc ID 2429357.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expire date changes to current month/current year when inactivating the credit card

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expire date should not change when inactivating the credit card

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Receivables Manager-->Customers-->Standard
      Or
    Order Management Super User-->Customers-->Standard

2. Query for the active customer

3. Click on customer and go to payment details tab

4. Select any expired credit card and click on update

5. Change the status to 'Inactive' and click apply

6. See that expiration date has been changed to current month/current year and status of the credit card also changed from 'Expired' to 'Unexpired'


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are activating the card again with the wrong expiration date
