Symptoms

Recurring journals formulas were created. When running part of a request set, error is thrown. When running individually, these work fine.

Setting profile Sequential Numbering from Always to None may resolve the issue.


ERROR

>> create_doc() 02-AUG-2018 16:24:08 An assignment does not exist for these parameters and one is mandatory.
Cause: The profile option Sequential Numbering is defined to have sequential numbering always used. The current set of parameters does not have a sequence assigned.
main - ORA-01403: no data found

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Gl Responsibility > Create recurring journals formulas
2. Run the formulas individually, observe they work
3. Run as part of the request set, observe this fails.
