Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When Payroll Reconciliation Summary XML is submitted with the Payroll, Start Date and End Date parameters, it always produces YTD figures, irrespective of the parameter 'Year to Date Summary Totals'.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Insert AU_DIS_YTD_BAL.

  2. Run "Payroll Reconciliation Summary XML".
    e.g.
    Parameters:
     Payroll: XXFortnightly
     Start Date: 30-JUN-2018
     End Date: 13-JUL-2018
Year to Date Summary Totals: No

  3.  Run "Generate Australian EXCEL Report".
     e.g.
     Parameters:
     Report Name: Payroll Reconciliation Summary
     Request Date: 19-JUL-2018
Request ID: <Request ID of "Payroll Reconciliation Summary XML" submitted in step 2 above>
Template Name: Payroll Reconciliation Summary Excel

  4. The generated Excel output includes YTD values.
