When User is trying to import taxes from interface using GST Interface functionality, tax lines are not getting imported.

Following error is appearing in FND Debug log:-

Encountered an error in JAI_OPEN_TAX_DET_PKG.determine_tax. Any error exists on importing taxes for XXXX

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Taxes should get imported.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate interface tables.
2. Execute Payables Open Interface Import program
