Additional steps needed to complete a WebLogic upgrade from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.3.
Scope
Customers who have already installed Transportation and Global Trade Management with WebLogic 12.2.1.2 and are reinstalling Transportation and Global Trade Management again with 12.2.1.3 on the same machine with the same user.
