Cannot Find Assessments On IRecruitment

Symptoms
Where trying to search for two questionnaires either in Question Bank Search or in the Test search they are not appearing in the search results:
However when you create a vacancy the assessment is in the Library to select from.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Irecruitement manager
2. Assessment
3. Query either in Question Banks either in Tests=> no results
