ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to open the August inventory period for organization CPE, it stays in status of Processing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status of period to be Open.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory
2. Navigation: Accounting Close Cycle > Inventory Accounting Periods.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, month of August cannot be opened which is preventing transactions, etc from being performed in the month of August.
