Bank Charge Is Not Updated When User Enters Null Value (Doc ID 2431668.1)

Symptoms

Bank Charge is not updated when user enters Null value.
Due to this, the balance of receipt is not recalculated.
Then, user can do the overapplication.

Reproduced Steps:

1. Create Receipt.
   
   

   Net Receipt Amount	10,000.00
   Unapplied	10,000.00
   Receipt Amount	10,000.00

   
   
   
2. Set Bank Charge and save it.
   
   

   Bank Charges	7,777.00
   Net Receipt Amount	10,000.00
   Unapplied	10,000.00 ->>> 17,777.00
   Receipt Amount	10,000.00 ->>> 17,777.00

   
   
   

3. Remove the Bank Charge and save it.
   
   

   Bank Charges

   7,777.00 ->> null

   
   However Receipt Amount and Unapplied are not updated.

    

   Net Receipt Amount	10,000.00
   Unapplied	17,777.00
   Receipt Amount	17,777.00
