PN Lease Approval Workflow Notification is Not Created for Employees Having Multiple Records in PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F Table (Doc ID 2431779.1)

‘PN Lease Approval Workflow’ ( Internal name PNAPPRWF) is not working if the user has multiple records in per_all_people_f (HRMS Table). It's not considering effective date and is working only for employees having only 1 record in per_all_people_f table.

PNAPPRWF should trigger the approval process in case an employee has multiple records in per_all_people_f.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Lease

2. Submit Lease for Approval

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve the lease.
