E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Manager, Rapidclone related issues

 

 

 

 

 

Users are unable to compete the steps in the following document:

The clone succeeds without failure, but the ApplyDBTechStack.log contains the following warning:

The file has been overwritten and contains no architecture information. 

The error causes no immediate issues in the instance, however it will result in Opatch issues.

For example Opatch allowing patch installs for a different O/S or platform.  


Also Opatch with CheckPatchApplicableOnCurrentPlatform option will show no errors for cases link applying a Linux patch on a Solaris platform, etc.
