On : 12.2.4 version, Customers Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot Make Email field as mandatory in Release 12.2.4
Same set up steps working in Release 12.1.3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email field on contact page can make as mandatory via personalization in Release 12.1.3

Changes

 Upgraded from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.4
