" (No such file or directory)" Error When Running Reports With 'Run Online DB' or When Sending By Email (Doc ID 2433056.1)

While using an agent to send reports reports via email you receive this error:  

This also occurs when running from the UI

Navigation: Business Process Automation>Reporting>Report Manager

Click 'Run Online DB'

When the Report is 'Scheduled', instead of 'Run Online DB' it works fine.
