Distribution Line Is Not Visible in the Releases Entry Form Distribution Screen (Doc ID 2433302.1)

Symptoms

After creating and saving a Release, the distribution do not show in the releases entry form distribution screen.
The distribution data can be seen in the PO Summary form and also can be seen on the Releases form after closing the form and re-query the release.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using a Purchasing responsibility
2. Go on Releases form and enter the required information, save
3. Go to distribution, the distribution is not visible
4. Close the form and re-open it and query the release, go on the distribution-> the distribution is now visible.
