When selecting, the link "Ask an Expert, completing the form, and clicking Submit button the following error occurs:
Knowledge Center is not configured properly for email. Notification email not sent. See system Event Viewer for details.

Windows Event Log:
KCenter: SendEmailForMentoring() - To: <> From: <>
Server does not support secure connections.
