Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Open Interfaces & Public APIs

Attempting to run Shipping Purge Concurrent Process, the following error occurs:

 


ERROR

Error occurred in WSH_PURGE.GET_PURGE_SET
Unexpected error has occurred. Oracle error message is ORA-39: error during periodic action

ORA-4036: PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT

 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Applications using an Order Management or Shipping Responsibility
2. Execute the Interface Shipping Purge Concurrent process
3. Process fails.

The current DB Parameters are set as recommended in the documentation (Limit is 2x Target)
