Abstracts Page PDF File Message Displays RFQ ID Instead Of RFQ Number (Doc ID 2433993.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Auction/RFx creation

The Abstracts Page Message Displays the RFQ ID instead of the RFQ Number.

The message "Do you want to open or save xxxx.pdf from ....." is displaying the auction header id instead of the document number for an amended negotiation.

Expect to see the RFQ number in the file name

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create RFQ, including abstract.
2. Publish abstract.
3. Approve and publish RFQ.
4. Create amendment to the same RFQ, including abstract.
5. Publish abstract.
6. Approve and publish amended RFQ.
7. Attempt to open PDF for amended RFQ from Abstracts page.
    RFQ number in message is not correct.
