Multi Row UDAs Does Not Search Partial Values In LOVs (Doc ID 2434295.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Catalog items

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering values in multi row UDAs, if partial value is entered it does not fetch from the List of Values (LOV) attached to the UDA.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To fetch and display the expected values for UDAs using partial search criteria

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Place cursor on multi-row UDA LOV , enter partial value and tab out -> Nothing happens.

Changes

Upgrade from release 12.2.4
In Release 12.2.4 It used the fetch the value from LOV.
