On : 12.1.3 version, Work Execution
When attempting to change the WO status from OnHold to Released
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
1. The entity with the header id (20178203) generated the following error(s)
2. ORA-00001 : unique constraints (WIP.WIP_REQUIREMENT_OPERATIONS_U1) violated in package EAM_WO_CHANGE_STATUS_PVT procedure change_status
3. The status change for the work order with WIP entity id (20178203) has failed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the WO status from Onhold to released .
2. Error is thrown.
