GST: AR Invoice GST Taxes are hitting Rounding Account (Doc ID 2434505.1)

Symptoms

Reported issue
---------------------
Find that for all project invoices which are interfaced to AR find that
Tax amount is showing as accounted for rounding account ( from tools - View accounting ) whereas before the accounting
it is actually hitting the correct Tax account.

Expected Behavior
--------------------------
On accounting of the AR invoice with GST Taxes ,the taxes are expected hit the GST Liability account.

Steps for replication
--------------------
a. AR invoice created from projects with GST taxes
b. On completing AR invoice, the taxes are appearing on distribution hitting the liability account.
c. On accounting the AR invoice and in tools - View Accounting the GST Taxes
    are hitting the Rounding Account .

Business Criticality
---------------------
This is resulting in wrong accounting entry when posted to gl.
