FRM-40735 Error When Updating Organization Manager Or When Saving Organization Classification Others Details (Doc ID 2434647.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Update Organization Manager the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON UPDATE trigger raised unhanded exception ORA-01861

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Go to Saudi HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate to  Work structure -> Organization -> Organization Manager
3. Update Organization Manager Relationship
4. Notice Error

OR

When attempting to update the Recruitment details at Business Group (BG) level, the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Go to HRMS Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to Work Structures > Organization > Select the BG > Others > Recruitment > Click on the blank field.
3. Fill the information in the Recruitment form and click OK > OK > Yes.
4. Get error.

 

OR

When saving Accounting Information for Inventory Organization classification, the following error occurs on Organization form:

 

FRM-40735: ON UPDATE trigger raised unhanded exception ORA-01861


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Go to HRMS Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to Work Structures > Organization > Inventory Organization classification.
3. Go to Others > Open Accounting Information form and enter details.
4. Save > get error.
