Move Order Delivered Quantity NOT Equal To Material Transaction Quantity (Doc ID 2434701.1)

Symptoms

Requisition move orders were created using a custom program. Allocations were done manually for partial quantities and transacted.
Quantity is updated and seen in the material transactions form but delivered quantity field is null in transact move orders form.

Expectation
Datafix to show the correct delivered quantity.

Steps
1.Create the move order for 2 qty
2.Allocate for one qty and transact
3.See the partial qty transacted in the material transactions form.
4.The quantity delivered is null in the transact move order form

Business Impact
Due to this issue , users do not know if the quantity has been delivered properly or not.
Leads to mismatch of data.
