Unable To Save Personalized Search for Work Requests (Doc ID 2435126.1)

Symptoms

When using personalized search for work requests, the following error occurs.
Expect to be able to save Work Request View.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User.
2. Click on Work Requests tab.
3. Select the required parameters on the Work Request tab, the user is able to view the resulting work requests.
4. However, when the user attempts to save and apply the search criteria, no results are displayed.
