Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Learner Component

Unable to Play SCORM Content Learning Object in OLM



ERROR
-----------------------

404 Not Found
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request -URL.


The page cannot be found
HTTP 404

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch online scorm 1.2 Oracle Scorm Example course



SETUP
------------------


Content server is still HTTP and they added the HTTPS SSL certificates from the EBS server to the content server.
DBA explained that the SSL certificates are managed by an F5 unit (Probably a Load Balancer) and the F5 also has the SSL certificates and they can see the certificates being pushed to the EBS server and the end user browser. DBA has explained that the IP address for this error is is the end user.
