Symptoms

When attempting to set Transition date in system options the following error occurs.

ERROR

Change the Transition Date. There are unprocessed transactions after the transition date

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to System options
   PN > Setup > Options > System Options
2. Enter the transition date
3. Save the Transaction
