On : 12.1.3 version, TXNS

In our production instance using the interface, we are receiving the following error:

"Employee Number not valid. Please re-enter"


"Employee Number not valid. Please re-enter"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter transactions in EAM Interface
2. Process transactions 
3. WIP_COST_TXN_INTERFACE (WCTI) Table errors with "Employee Number Not Valid. Please Re-enter"
