Error Message - 3146 - Commit Happened in activity/function 'LINE_INVENTORY_INTERFACE_SUB:INVENTORY_INTERFACE/OE_INV_IFACE_WF.INVENTORY_INTERFACE

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Shipping > Query the Order > Run Inventory Interface
3. Receive error
