Not Able To Sync From Oracle Field Mobile Service .Getting Error "The username or password you entered is incorrect" (Doc ID 2435457.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Multiplatform Sync Errors

Upon trying to sync using Oracle Mobile Field Service get the following error

""The username or password you entered is incorrect"

Issue is specific to 2 users .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Mobile Field Service Multi Platform Application using one of the problematic users
2. Click Sync
3. On the Sync page click Sync
