Symptoms

When entering an Expense Report and trying to enter data in the "Attendee and Recipient Details" section, the following error is displayed:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance

 

The FND Log shows the error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition ErrorSwitcher of type Attribute not found in EmployeeAttendeesVO
