Symptoms
When attempting to create bank account with treasury use,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Exception: An Unexpected error has occured. Error : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small. Please contact your system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Management : Setup : Banks : Bank Account
2. Enable Treasury use
3. Save and next

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create bank account with treasury use.
