Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Approvals - Req, PO
Actual Behavior :
Approver can not approve PO within approval limit after cancelling the lines
Expected Behavior :
PO should not be stuck after cancelling the PO lines
Steps to Reproduce :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO and save
2. The user approves the PO from the notification
3. Query the PO in PO Summary
4. Cancel a line/shipment from Tools > Control and save the change
5. Navigate to PO Summary form and query the same PO and a status of 'In Process' is shown
