860 Application On Booked Sales Order Making Unit Selling Price And List Price As Zero (Doc ID 2436766.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

When attempting to import change/update (860) the quantity to an existing 'booked' sales order the following error occurs.

Price was not found on price list  ...  for this item  ...  and UOM  ...

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Interface tables are populated via the ECEPOCI EDI/860 transaction
2. Due to business requirements -> the interface tables are manually modified via the Order Import Corrections Window
     to change the Item from the dummy to the correct one
    ** Business: Manual intervention is required since the customer sends a dummy item
3. Order Management Responsibility -> Order Import
     Order Import Process fails.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import changes via Order Import thus preventing the item or Quantity change of the Sales Order.
