Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Concurrent Manager Issues

When attempting to run a concurrent request, the following error occurs.

Concurrent Manager cannot get the necessary information to complete your concurrent request <request id> successfully


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Monitoring concurrent jobs for processing.


Standard Manager log file:

STANDARD Concurrent Manager started : <date>

+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Concurrent Manager cannot find requester for concurrent request <request id>

Check if the requester of this concurrent request is a valid application user.
Marking request <request id> as Error

Concurrent Manager cannot get the necessary information to complete your concurrent request <request id> successfully.

Review concurrent manager log file for error messages indicating the missing information.
