Goal

<ohs_adminport oa_var="s_ohs_adminport" oa_type="PORT" base="9999" step="1" range="-1" label="OHS Administration Proxy Port">9999

In our existing EBS R12.2.7, the OHS Administration Proxy Port" is set to 9999, but some other system process need the same port due to change of policy.
Please advise how we can re-configure the port to set to another free port such that there is no conflict with the port with other service.
