Symptoms

When trying to access the 'Schedule' page from any of the below mentioned responsibilities, getting the below mentioned error:

ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation. Statement: SELECT * FROM (select T.territory_short_name display_nls_territory, nls_territory from fnd_territories_vl T, v$nls_valid_values V where T.nls_territory = V.value and V.parameter = 'TERRITORY') QRSLT WHERE (nls_territory = :1)

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [1350], [1], [23], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

STEPS
1) Login to Oracle EBS
2) R) Territory Manager -> Request -> Schedule
3) Above error is displayed.

The same error is displayed when 'Schedule' link is clicked from any of the responsibilities

R) Plan Administrator -> Requests -> Schedule
R) Territory Manager -> Requests -> Schedule
R) Incentive Compensation Administrator -> Requests -> Schedule
R) Compensation Manager -> Requests -> Schedule
