Qn1:How HR Administrator can change Appraisal Final Rating instead of Main Appraiser?
 
Qn2:But that function provides only option to view appraisal. What if administrator has to revise the Final Rating?
 
Qn3:Can we re-open appraisal without reopening the Plan... So that the appraisal revision option is available for selected employees?
 
Qn4:To reopen appraisal as you have suggested if plan is published but its end dated. Even if we reopen appraisal without any changes in PMP plan, will it work?
