Symptoms
Refresh Order Management Materialized Views concurrent program is failing with following error:
**SQL error and free**22-JUN-2018 01:00:40
ORACLE error 12018 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-12018: following error encountered during code generation for "APPS"."OE_ITEMS_MV"
ORA-01740: missing double quote in identifier
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT", line 2821
ORA-06512: at "SYS.22-JUN-2018 01:00:40
Observed similar patches suggested in Bug.24593132 has two bugs fixed on top of BP 12.1.0.2.161018--> 19134095 and 21297872
Bug Fix#/Patch# 21297872 is already part of 12.1.0.2.170418ProactiveBP and we applied another patch# 19134095 as we mentioned above.
Still issue exist.
