Symptoms

After a local install on PC, Forms Builder 6.0.8.28 for windows 32 bit produces an error while compiling a vanilla form: CSFDCMAI.fmb.

Error:

we got error message about csf_message.debug_is_on

Steps:

- Backup the form and make updates to it.
- Try to compile CSFDCMAI.fmb forms
