WF_WORKLIST_CUSTOM FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY WHEN ADDED TO WF ADMIN MENU (Doc ID 2437627.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Workflow Mailer

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On 12.2.5 EBS Release, Using the standard Function "WF_WORKLIST_ACCESS" is not working correctly.

1.Add "WF_WORKLIST_CUSTOM" function to the standard menu "Workflow Administrator" which belongs to "Workflow Administrator Web Applications" Responsibility .

2.Now Open the newly added function from menu ->>This is showing all Notifications in the list despite selecting any LOV.

For Ex : if "Open Notifications" is selected from LOV , then also it shows all the Notifications.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Adding the standard Function "WF_WORKLIST_ACCESS" should work correctly and honour the LOV values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add "WF_WORKLIST_CUSTOM" function to the standard menu "Workflow Administrator" which belongs to "Workflow Administrator Web Applications" Responsibility .

2. Now Open the newly added function from menu

3. This is showing all Notifications in the list despite selecting any LOV.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search the Notifications correctly from the home Page Custom location.
