Symptoms
Running Excel export in Report Manager hangs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
===============
1. Run a report in Report Manager from the Requests Summary Table.
2. Choose to View Report Now with Output Type as Excel.
3. When prompted, select Open with: Microsoft Excel and click Ok.
4. Excel opens and the popup says:
Processing: Create Document.
Your document is being created.
Do not close this window until processing completes.
