Pop Up Message Asking To Save When Navigating Away From Charges HTML (Doc ID 2437708.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Update Service Request

When attempting to navigate of the Charges HTML page, the following message pop-up, even when no changes occurred:

MESSAGE
-----------------------
"The changes you made to this page have not been saved. If you continue, the changes will be discarded. Do you wish to continue?"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

SCENARIO#1: When the Charges Lines are in Status = Submitted


1. On Agent Dashboard, query an existing service request that has charges lines that have been submitted
2. Go to Charges
3. Without doing anything else, click on the breadcrumb to go back to the Update Service Request page
4. The following message pop-up:

"The changes you made to this page have not been saved. If you continue, the changes will be discarded. Do you wish to continue?"

even when no change occurred

 

SCENARIO#2: When the Charges Lines are in in progress (not submitted yet)


1. On Agent Dashboard, query an existing service request that has charges lines that have not been submitted yet
2. Go to Charges
3. Expand the details for the charges lines
4. Now, for any of the charges lines click on the little triangle to minimize the line details
5. Without doing anything else, click on the breadcrumb to go back t the Update Service Request page
6. The following message pop-up:

"The changes you made to this page have not been saved. If you continue, the changes will be discarded. Do you wish to continue?"

even when no change occurred
