Error when Clicked on minimize button for repeating section (grouping) when viewing a report or Creating a layout

Oracle BI Publisher 12.2.1.3

Create a report with Grouping and in edit layout,click on minimize button and 

following error is observed "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property `style' of null" in all browsers 

The Error received is:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘style’ of null”
After that, when trying preview report. we get:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘value’ of null”
Preview will work again if logged out and logged back in.
