ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to see BOE to apply to Receipt in BOE Line Application form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BOE should be available to apply to Receipt in BOE Line Application form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the PO in the Receipts form
2. Navigate to India Tax Details form
3. Navigate to Tools --> Receipt Line Application then issue can be seen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Receipt which delays receiving of material
