Symptoms

BNE_ROWCOUNT Error While Exporting Results Of Item Advanced Search

After applying 23051465:R12.EGO.C, search results are displayed properly.
Issue now is the search results cannot be exported to excel spreadsheet.

Error:

"A problem has been encountered initializing the control for importing data as detailed below. The data import has been aborted.
Cannot execute SQL Statement.
Number of valid rows
BNE_ROWCOUNT"

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Development Manager > Item Catalog > Advanced Search
2. Perform search for items starting with ATS%
3. Note the highlighted display format, 'Item: Customer Exception Attributes'
4. Search results show several items having Multi-Row attribute groups in the display format.
5. Click 'Export All Items'
6. Select Excel Viewer version (2007 for this example)
7. Get Note: Do you want to open or save WebADI.xls (368 KB)?
8. Click the Open button
9. Spreadsheet opens, with window 'Processing: Create Document', showing error message
