Q1. Will we receive a notification when our questions are answered? If yes, in what mode; through UPK as well as email?
Q2. Can we get a "General Question" or a blank area added to the "Title:" section so that when it is selected, we can edit/create our own Title?
Q3. As an Expert, How do I delete/clear my inbox after I have provided Feedback on a question and the status reflects, “Complete answer”?
Per UPK KC, “Click the View Report link in the top pane to view a report of all questions and answers for all subjects assigned to you.
After generating a report, you can permanently delete a conversation (question and answer) from the server by clicking the Delete Conversation link next to the conversation you want to delete.” Where is the “Server” located and do Experts have access to it?
Q4. Will the Initiator of a question receive an Email after the question has been answered?
Q5. Will all Experts receive an email when a User submits a question using Ask An Expert feature from the Navigation Pane?
Q6. How will All designated Experts be notified after an Expert has provided feedback/answered a question; this will minimize duplication?
