ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Recoverable check box is unchecked while trying to create an expense PO with multiple distribution.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the recoverable check box is checked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO with Multiple Distribution lines.
2. Create a PO matched receipt.
3. The recoverable check box is unchecked at Invoice level.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create a PO matched invoice for Service items.

Changes

 Organization , location details available for PO matched invoices where PO is having multiple distributions.
